“These are all collages.” That’s the phrase I use when I show my work at art fairs to pull people into my booth. From a distance, my work looks like paintings, which they really are. It’s just that I paint with textured and patterned paper as well as with acrylic paint. It’s challenging to explain all the steps that go into making my artwork, so I am illustrating the process here.
